To the clients and his team, Oz is known for being friendly and accessible. Oz prides himself on providing a high level of customer service & attention to detail in all aspects of his Facility

SUZAN GENTILE – STATE MANAGERSuzan has over fifteen year’s experience in facility management and the building industry. Suzan’s role includes managing our staff and overseeing the day to day running of our sites. Also acting as our client relationship manager, Suzan has consistently received positive feedback from Strata Managers, Developers and Building Managers.

WARREN STEWART - BUSINESS MANAGER - Facilities and Client ServicesWith over 25 years of experience across retail, FMCG, hospitality and leisure, our Business Manager brings extensive expertise in multi-site and area management, business development, and facility operations.
Having progressed from shop-floor roles through to senior management, he has developed a strong understanding of business operations from both strategic and operational perspectives. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large teams, managed significant P&Ls, developed customer service and sales-focused teams, and overseen facilities welcoming thousands of visitors each week.
His leadership approach places strong emphasis on people, workplace culture, operational excellence and customer experience. With a proven history of delivering results, he brings valuable experience in developing teams, strengthening business performance and ensuring facilities operate safely, efficiently and effectively.

ROMEO KOJIC - HEAD OF OPERATIONSAfter 23 years in the banking and financial services industry, where he developed superior customer relationship, leadership, strategy & development skills in a number of senior management roles, Romeo embarked on a career in property and facility services.
Romeo has extensive experience in providing essential services, including establishment and ongoing training for Emergency Control Organization, Emergency Management Planning, Fire Safety Reviews and fire equipment test & tag services.
Romeo also manages one of the premier residential and commercial buildings in our portfolio in Perth and holds a Diploma in Facilities Management.

JUSTIN LOPES – OPERATIONS MANAGERBrings over 22 years of experience in the industry. Justin has worked directly in facility management for 12 years running a Facility Management and cleaning company prior to joining the business in 2021 as one of our Senior Managers. Justin now supports the Building Managers and Cleaning Division Supervisor to ensure the highest levels of service delivery of their assigned sites. And consults with Owners’ Corporation Managers, Building Committees and building contractors.

FRANK IACONIS - ENGINEERING SERVICES MANAGERFrank has 27 years experience in detailed mechanical & piping engineering design covering the selection & package engineering of fixed/static equipment, storage tanks, rotating machinery, process piping & valves associated with central energy plant, HVAC & building hydraulic systems in industrial & commercial facilities. He also has vast experience in providing engineering coordination & project engineering services to major multi-disciplined construction projects covering planning, project controls, engineering, design, procurement, construction and commissioning functions along with associated asset management functions.’

MATTHEW VAN OMMEN - OPERATIONS SUPERVISORMatthew brings a unique combination of elite sport, business leadership, and hands-on facilities management experience to Oz Integrated. A former AFL footballer who competed at the highest level in Tasmania and Victoria, Matthew later built and operated a successful merchandising business before transitioning into the property and facilities management industry.
Since joining the industry, Matthew has developed extensive operational experience across building management, cleaning, concierge, and ancillary services. In his role as Senior Operations Supervisor, he supports Oz Integrated operations through the coordination of site teams, service delivery, staff performance, and Building Manager support, while helping maintain consistent operational and presentation standards across the portfolio.
Matthew’s practical leadership style, commercial background, and frontline experience provide a strong link between our site teams, management, and clients.

ALLYSON FLETCHER - HEAD OF PEOPLE & CULTUREAllyson leads People & Culture at Oz Integrated, bringing a hands-on approach and more than 16 years of human resources experience across the healthcare, construction and automotive industries.
With a Master of Human Resource Management, Allyson works closely with our leadership team to support our people, strengthen workplace culture and deliver positive outcomes across the business. Her approachable, positive and energetic nature makes her a valued mentor and leader amongst the Oz team.
