I just wanted to take a moment and congratulate all involved with the running of the YVE apartments.

My wife, son and I are currently residents here and I have to say it is an absolute pleasure to live in the apartments! In fact we may look at purchasing in the next couple of years based on the experience we have had so far.

We have found all employees at YVE from the cleaners to the concierge to the building Manager to be fantastic to deal with and at all times very courteous and always happy to assist in anyway they can (a very professional and well run outfit!) I must add I feel YVE apartments are very fortunate to have such great people on the team. It is not always an easy task putting together a great team!

I would also like to make special mention and add that my dealings with both Oz Oconnell and Scott Daykin in particular have been excellent and I can’t praise them enough for the way they conduct themselves in a both polite and professional manner!

Well done to all involved for making the YVE apartments a premier place to reside!
