    Suzan has over fifteen year’s experience in facility management and the building industry. Suzan’s role includes managing our staff and overseeing the day to day running of our sites. Also acting as our client relationship manager, Suzan has consistently received positive feedback from Strata Managers, Developers and Building Managers.

    Sandro worked  as a Compliance Manager for over 10 years. Duties have included Essential Services Auditing various buildings in the Melbourne area, facility managing and quality control.  Sandro has certification within the essential services industry and a background in the building and gas industries have enabled him to comprehend the requirements needed in ensuring the safety and regulative requirements of the Australian Standards.

    Frank has 27 years experience in detailed mechanical & piping engineering design covering the selection & package engineering of fixed/static equipment, storage tanks, rotating machinery, process piping & valves associated with central energy plant, HVAC & building hydraulic systems in industrial & commercial facilities.  He also has vast experience in providing engineering coordination & project engineering services to major multi-disciplined construction projects covering planning, project controls, engineering, design, procurement, construction and commissioning functions along with associated asset management functions.’

    Phil provides oversight and support to our building management team in relation to contract management and periodical maintenance. His 40 years experience in the air conditioning industry working with many of the leading equipment manufactures represented in Australia. These include Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, York, LG, Toshiba and Carrier the largest air conditioning manufacturer in the world has proven to be invaluable.

    Phil’s’ engineering expertise is in duct design, building heat load analysis, variable refrigerant systems (VRV/VRF), equipment selection and application. His work with thermal heat transfer also lead him to the forefront of plate heat exchanger design & manufacturing

    Leyla is an integral part of our cleaning division and brings many years of experience to our team. Her professional experience spans over 40 years in commercial buildings, high-rises and large complexes within the cleaning and facilities management industry. In the past Leyla has managed 137 cleaners covering 45 contracts including a 72-level tower. Leyla’s strength is in account management, regularly meeting with our clients in addition to regular site inspections. Leyla has previously owned her own housekeeping business which compromised of 27 clients requiring multiple visits per week.

    Terry has a vast knowledge of compliance and OH&S due to working with large self-insured clients. In addition his knowledge of FM is extensive (19 years) and his experience in tenant relationships is a real asset.

    Terry has overseen major projects including the following:

    Refurbishments including 18,000m2 office refurbishment and other projects include the Access control replacement and BMS replacement. Chiller upgrades and implementing an energy strategy bringing the building up to 4.5-star from 0-Star. Major building upgrade which included complete bathroom and lobby upgrades, lighting upgrade, installation of bike enclosure. In 2019 implementing the first Nabers rating to a Residential Apartment complex in Perth boasting considerable savings on both Gas and Electrity.

    With over 8 years’ experience working in Facility Management and Security. Bob assists with the training and management of our concierge team and supports the FM team for our Perth business.  Bob is licensed in security and has worked for Oz Integrated for 5 years in Melbourne before transferring to Perth last year. In Melbourne Bob managed his own buildings with a team of cleaners and concierge staff. The largest was a 52-story building in the heart of the city which had 480 apartments.

    After 23 years in the banking and financial services industry, where he developed superior customer relationship, leadership, strategy & development skills in a number of senior management roles, Romeo embarked on a career in property and facility services.

    Romeo has extensive experience in providing essential services, including establishment and ongoing training for Emergency Control Organization, Emergency Management Planning, Fire Safety Reviews and fire equipment test & tag services.

    Romeo also manages one of the premier residential and commercial buildings in our portfolio in Perth and holds a Diploma in Facilities Management.

    With over 10 years experience working in Facility Management. Simon is in charge of the daily management of our staff for our Melbourne business. In addition Simon oversees his own portfolio of buildings and serves as Client Relationship Manager for our Cleaning Division.

    His experience in building management and security has been an asset to Owners Corporations and is known for his ability to deal efficiently with building contractors, trades, and builders.
